Home builder in Southern Maryland New construction, from a cleared lot to a finished building.
Custom homes, garages and carriage houses, additions, decks and porches. Lindy Stamp is the contractor and project supervisor, and our own electricians do the wiring, so the electrical is planned with the walls instead of cut in after them.

One of our own builds
A carriage house, from the slab to the loft kitchen.
A two-story carriage house in St. Mary's County: two bays and a workshop below, a finished loft above with a kitchen and a bath. We ran it from the foundation pour through framing, electrical, kitchen, bath and final finishes.
The homepage walks through it stage by stage, with a diagram of what goes inside the walls at each one.
Google reviews
In a customer's words
While most electricians will only “color inside the lines” and handle purely electrical related tasks, the Stamp team understands that the electrical system is just one part of the greater system, your home.

Can I bring my own plans?
Yes. We build from your architect's plans, or we can connect you with designers we trust.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Permits and inspections are handled as part of the job.
Do you do the electrical work yourselves?
Yes. You may know the company as Stamp Electric. Our own electricians do the electrical on our builds, so you do not have to find or schedule a separate electrician.
Who runs the job?
Lindy Stamp, as the contractor and project supervisor. The trades are hand-picked partners, many of whom have worked with us for years.
